We never till our soil.
To manage weeds and protect the ground, we use occultation tarping and massive inputs of organic matter.
The result: zero synthetic chemicals and no heavy combustion machinery disturbing our ecosystem.

Our farm plays a direct role in combating climate change.
Thanks to our soil-building methods, our ground captures CO2 instead of releasing it. Harvest after harvest, the soil enriches itself, builds up, and becomes more fertile.
